River front - full hook up - $1800 + tax and utility fee

River View - Water and Elec - $1600 + tax and utility fee

Front (roadside) - full hook up - $1600 + tax and utility fee

2026 Rental Rates

Nightly rates:

30 amp sites - $65 per night + tax

50 amp sites - $75 per night + tax

Cabins - $75 per night + tax

Camper/trailer - $90 per night + tax

Weekend rates ( Fri through Sun)

30 amp sites - $120 + tax

50 amp sites - $140 + tax

Cabins - $140 + tax

Camper/trailer - $160 + tax

Weekly rates (Mon through Sun)

30 amp sites - $260 + tax

50 amp sites - $300 + tax

Cabins - $300 + tax

Camper/trailer - $360 + tax

Tent sites:

Water and Elec - $35 per night

Dry - $25 per night
